Amazing experience with Captain Trent and his awesome crew, Bazil and JM. Got to outrun a crazy storm on a weather shortened trip. Lucked out when they had a cancellation the next day and went back out. Caught two king mackerals and hooked a sailfish. Definitely going back out with these guys next time we are in Stuart.

We are a great time with Catch of the Day! The bite was slow , but the captain and crew made the most of it. We caught a big wahoo and a sail. Both were first for us.

What a great 66th birthday I had with Trent and Bazil, our crew on Catch Of The Day fishing boat. I can't thank them enough for a great day, including my wife and daughter catching their first Maui and our daughter catching her first Sailfish. Trent and Bazil were fun, beyond knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Listening to Basil's "lessons" were so educational. We had way more than a fishing trip but a complete classroom on the water. Thank you gentlemen, my wife and daughter are ready to go out again. You guys rock! Can’t wait for our next trip on Catch of the Day!

What an incredible day on the water with Catch of the Day Charters in Stuart, Florida! Captain Trent and first mate Bazil were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. We ended the day with 5 beautiful mahi-mahi, 4/5 sailfish. We also caught a ton of bonita that put up an awesome fight and kept the action going all day. The weather was absolutely perfect, making an already amazing fishing trip even better. If you’re looking for an exciting offshore fishing adventure with an experienced crew that knows how to put you on fish, I highly recommend Catch of the Day Charters. Captain Trent and First Mate Bazil gave me a memory that will last for the rest of my life! I booked a half-day fishing charter to take my husband on one last fishing trip. He passed away on March 25, 2026, from Alzheimer’s disease. The day we went was also my husband’s 70th birthday. Captain Trent let me set the course, helped me pick the spot (Push Button Hill), played Listen to the Music by the Doobie Brothers when I released my husband’s ashes (one of his favorite bands), marked the coordinates for me (which I’ll be adding to the fish tattoo I already have), and even offered me a Miller Lite when he thought I was about to run out of mine. 😎 His boat was as clean as my husband kept his! For reference, my husband would fish for an hour and spend three hours polishing the boat—he called it therapy. ❤️ Captain Trent is a GREAT communicator, providing detailed instructions about what to pack, where to meet, and what to expect. First Mate Bazil was extremely knowledgeable and, ladies, cute to boot! If only I were 40 years younger. ☺️ Thank you, gentlemen, for helping me honor GP in such a meaningful way. It was a perfect day, and a memory I will cherish forever. Praying I’ll be back with you on GP’s 71st birthday🥰🥰🥰

Great time, great attitude, quick ride to the fishing grounds and we didn’t just fish, we CAUGHT! The guys worked circles around the boat to ensure lines were in the water, and the Captain was always searching for signs. This group is top notch!!

Stop searching and go with these guys. We had such a good time and smashed the fish. Double and Triple hook sets at the same time and landing a ton of fish. Trent and his crew are professional and a master of their craft. The boat was immaculate with riding with comfort and a cabin to pop into and get out of the heat.
